I began dabbling into a more holistic approach to combating the side effects of Menopause because of my Mom. After I finished my yoga teacher training she asked me to help her find different ways to help with the side effects of Menopause. As her doctor was not giving her very effective or really any information on how to help along this transitionary period in her life. Especially a more affordable option!

Directions: Shake well before using. Lightly spray your face with your eyes closed and neck when you begin to feel the heat.
Ingredients: Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender, Clary Sage, and Peppermint Essential Oils blended with Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel.
